Šamotová výmazová hmota se používá při stavbách, opravách, spárování krbů, kamen a také k vlepování lehčených ohnivzdorných desek, rohoží a šamotových plátů a prvků na keramický a kovový podklad. Lze použít jak k drobným opravám, tak i k samotné stavbě nového krbu při dodržení správného poměru namíchání a dodržení maximální vrstvy malty v jednotlivých vrstvách 5 mm.

Construction and repair of fireplaces
When building new fireplaces, we mainly observe a maximum mortar layer of up to 5mm. I also slightly dampen the firebricks, elements before the actual construction!!!
When mating and repairing damaged lining, we proceed as follows
The repaired areas are moistened with Water, then filled with the prepared mortar and smoothed on the surface. The repaired hearth is allowed to dry for 12-24 hours, depending on the size and extent of the repair. It is then dried under moderate heating (2-6 hours) until the repaired areas have hardened completely.
Bonding to the metal substrate
The substrate is stripped of all greasy dirt and especially rust. We recommend using Profi Stripper (Kittfort product range). We recommend painting the substrate with a thinner mortar before bonding. The layer is allowed to dry and then bonding is carried out. The mortar can also be used to protect and clean internal linings and furnaces and metal parts exposed to high temperatures. The mortar can be used in all areas where the temperature does not exceed 1400 °C.
Storage
in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and 25°C in closed, intact containers.
Mixture of oxides: Silica, alumina, titania and other admixtures. Type of heat-setting mortar G 1 - K.

Use protective gloves, protective clothing and goggles or a face shield when working. Observe basic hygiene rules! After work, wash hands or affected skin with soap and Water and treat with a suitable reparative cream. If eyes are affected, rinse eyes with running Water, rinse mouth if accidentally swallowed, drink 0.5 l of Water and seek medical attention. In more serious cases, always seek medical attention.
Disposal of waste and packaging:
Do not dispose of with municipal waste. Do not pour down drains. Take used, properly emptied and washed packaging to a packaging waste collection point. Take unused product or packaging with product residues to a municipal hazardous waste disposal site or hand over to a person authorised to dispose of hazardous waste.
