Glued parts must be clean, dry and degreased. Apply glue to both sides of the glued parts. Let it sit for 10 minutes until it is dry to the touch. Press the glued parts firmly togEther. Further correction of the blindness is not possible! The strength of the blind depends on the applied clamping force, not on the curing time of the adhesive.
