PATTEX Chemoprén Extrém contact adhesive in tube, 120 ml

For contact bonding with very high strength. Especially for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard, and various materials made of hard plastics. For bonding insulating materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures (e.g., near heating).

Not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, soft PVC, PE, and PP. Do not use for joints that come into direct contact with food and drinking water.

Porous or overly absorbent materials (e.g., felt, wood) should be pre-coated at least once with Chemoprén Extrém glue diluted with Chemoprén Thinner in a ratio of 2:1 before bonding.

How to remove adhesive contamination?
If you have soiled the area around the bonded surface or other objects with adhesive, don't despair. You can easily remove all fresh contamination with Pattex Chemoprén Thinner.

Storage:
Store in the original sealed container in a dry place. Protect from temperatures below +10 °C and above +50 °C.

Surface preparation:
The bonded material must be clean, dry, and free of grease and dust. When bonding smooth materials, such as metals or plastics, additional roughening of the bonded surfaces will increase the strength of the joint.

Processing:
Before use, mix the adhesive well. Apply in a thin layer with a notched trowel, brush, or roller to both surfaces. Allow the adhesive layer to ventilate for about 10 - 15 minutes, then apply both bonded pieces together and press firmly. The strength of the joint depends on the pressure applied, not the duration of the pressure. Final strength will be achieved after 24 hours.
