Ceresit CT 7 Universal Priming Coat 1 l

Ceresit CT 7 is a universal priming coat for absorbent substrates, used as a base layer before further construction modifications. It creates a unified substrate, improves adhesion, and prevents adhesives, sealants, or paints from drying too quickly.

It is suitable for use indoors and outdoors on common building materials such as concrete, plaster, or aerated concrete.

Main Properties

• reduces substrate absorbency – the surface does not 'drink' water as quickly
• increases adhesion of additional layers (adhesives, toppings, paints)
• vapor permeable – allows walls to 'breathe'
• universal use indoors and outdoors
• suitable for: concrete, cement and lime-cement plasters, aerated concrete, gypsum substrates
• prevents rapid drying of subsequent materials (better workability)
• water-dilutable, solvent-free
• easy application with a brush or roller
• approximate drying time: about 2 hours (depending on the substrate)
