use
- Mix 1.75 l of Water, 0.5 l of 8% vinegar, 100-120 g of sugar and the contents of the Deko bag.
- simmer for 5 minutes and cool.
Put
2kg of Cucumbers (can be interspersed with Carrot and onion rings)into pre-washed jars, pour in the brine, close and store in a cool place.
Similarly, pickle tomatoes, and pre-cook other Vegetables or mushrooms.
Ingredients
salt (min. 89%), Benzoic acid (max. 4.5%), Mustard seed, coriander, spice mix.
