Deko seasoning mixture for pickling cucumbers, vegetables, and mushrooms.
- Seasoning mixture
- For preparing delicious pickled vegetables/mushrooms.
- Czech product from a traditional company: Alibona, a Czech company with a hundred-year tradition.
Produced without preservatives and artificial sweeteners, sweetened with sugar.
- Mix 1.75 l of water, 0.5 l of 8% vinegar, 100-120 g of sugar, and the contents of the Deko packet.
- Boil for 5 minutes and cool.
Place in pre-washed jars
2 kg of cucumbers (can be layered with slices of carrots and onions), pour over the brine, seal, and store in a cool place.
Similarly, pickle tomatoes, other vegetables, or mushrooms, pre-boiling them.
