FORMITOX EXTRA is supplied in a container, which is equipped with a lid with a swivel cover for application of the product, which can be applied in 2 different ways, either by sprinkling or by Water solution. The sprinkling application is done by sprinkling 1 - 2 g of crystalline powder on a prepared paper, plastic or glass pad and placing it on the insect site. The insect then eats the bait and dies after a short time. Application by aqueous solution is carried out by dissolving 2 - 4 g of the product in 100 ml of Water (2 - 4% solution) and then pouring the prepared solution into shallow dishes (e.g. cup lid, etc.) and place them at the insect's location. The insect then eats the bait and dies after a short time.

Používejte ochranné rukavice / ochranný oděv / ochranné brýle / obličejový štít. Při styku s kůží: omyjte velkým množstvím vody a mýdla. Při zasažení očí: několik minut opatrně vyplachujte vodou. Vyjměte kontaktní čočky, jsou-li nasazeny, a pokud je lze vyjmout snadno. Pokračujte ve vyplachování. Při používání tohoto výrobku nejezte, nepijte ani nekuřte. Uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí.
