Laguna Ca Water Hardness Stabilizer, 1 l

The product serves to reduce water hardness, which is generally caused mainly by calcium and magnesium salts. It prevents the formation of deposits on the walls and bottom of the pool and simultaneously binds iron and manganese ions, which cause undesirable discoloration of the water. It is usually expressed in so-called German degrees of hardness, 1 °N = 10 mg of calcium oxide (CaO) per liter. According to these degrees, water is usually classified as very soft up to 4 °N, soft 4 - 7 °N, moderately hard 7 - 14 °N, hard 14 - 21 °N, and very hard over 21 °N. If the pool is filled with hard water, calcium and magnesium salts are precipitated from the water. These deposits attract other impurities and thus create a suitable environment for the growth of algae, bacteria, and viruses.

Dosing:

250 ml of the product per 10 m³ (10,000 l) of water (in the case of very hard water, we increase to a maximum of 0.5 liters). During the season, we add 25 ml of the product to 1000 liters of water when topping up fresh water (the maximum dose of 0.5 l/10 m³ of water should not be exceeded).
