Two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents, universally applicable for gluing, repairs, and fixing almost all materials. Once cured, it can be painted over, sanded, drilled, or otherwise mechanically processed.
Areas of use:
Pattex Repair Epoxy Mini is a two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents, universally applicable. Designed for gluing, repairs, and fixing almost all materials: wood, metal, glass, ceramics, cork, stone, concrete, marble, and most plastics. Not recommended for gluing PP, PE, PTFE (Teflon®), and polystyrene.
Surface preparation:
The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, and free of grease. If possible, roughen the bonding surfaces before gluing.
Processing:
Bite off the tip. By pressing down, dispense both components of the adhesive evenly onto a mixing plate and mix both components. The mixing ratio of components A and B is 1:1. Apply the mixture of both components with a spatula to one of the bonded surfaces. Apply within 3 minutes of mixing. Firmly press both glued surfaces together.
Do not overlook:
Immediately after use, residues of the adhesive can be removed with ethanol or another universal solvent. Once cured, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically. Dispose of any unused content after curing in a place designated by the municipality for waste disposal. Small amounts can be added to household waste. Dispose of empty containers for recycling. Large quantities should be disposed of separately. For more information, refer to the product safety data sheet. First aid: In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, and treat with a regenerating cream. In case of eye contact, rinse under running water for about 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If ingested, rinse the mouth, drink 1-2 glasses of water, and seek medical attention. If inhaled, transport the affected person away from the contaminated environment and consult a doctor.
