Radbal Standard S2119 radiator paint, white, 0.6 l

RADBAL S2119 is a synthetic top radiator paint and metal hot water pipes.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The paint is primarily intended for top glossy coatings of central heating radiators. It has fast drying and good mechanical properties. With a primer, such as PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129, the enamel can also be used for weather-resistant coatings.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metallic substrate must be clean, dry, free from grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and must be treated with an appropriate anti-corrosion primer. Radiators must be cooled before application. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and freed from old non-adhering coatings.

DILUTION: diluent BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), diluent BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical coverage: 14 - 16 m²/ 1 liter (4 fins 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Before use, the content must be thoroughly mixed and diluted if necessary. Radiators must be cooled before application or only slightly warm.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1x coat of the primer paint PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035
2. 1 to 2x coats of top enamel RADBAL STANDARD S2119, the interval between coats is 12 – 24 hours, the optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40 µm

Instructions for safe handling (P-statements)

• P102: Keep out of reach of children.

• P261: Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/aerosols.
• P271: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with product instructions.
