Radbal Standard S2119 radiator paint, 6003 ivory, 375 ml

RADBAL S2119 is a synthetic top radiator paint and metal hot water piping.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The paint is primarily intended for glossy top coatings of central heating radiators. It has quick drying and good mechanical properties. With a primer, such as PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129, the enamel can also be used for weather-resistant coatings.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free from grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and coated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer before application. Radiators must be cool before application. Previously painted surfaces need to be cleaned, degreased, and stripped of old non-adhering coatings.

DILUTION: diluent BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), diluent BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical yield: 14 - 16 m²/ 1 liter (4 fins 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

WORKING PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents and dilute as necessary. Radiators must be cool or only slightly warm before application.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1 coat with primer paint PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035
2. 1 to 2 coats with the top enamel RADBAL STANDARD S2119, the interval between individual coats is 12 – 24 hours, optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40 µm

Product safety warnings (H-statements)

• EUH208: Contains (see hazardous substances). May produce an allergic reaction.
• EUH211: Warning! Dangerous respirable droplets may be formed during spraying. Do not inhale aerosols or mist.

Safe handling instructions (P-statements)

• P102: Keep out of reach of children.

• P271: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
