Radbal Standard S2119 radiator paint, white, 375 ml

RADBAL S2119 is a synthetic top radiator paint and metal hot water piping.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The paint is primarily intended for top glossy coatings of central heating radiators. It has quick drying times and good mechanical properties. With a primer, such as PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035, or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129, this enamel can also be used for weather-resistant coatings.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free from grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and treated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer before application. Radiators must be cool prior to application. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and stripped of old non-adherent coatings.

DILUTION: thinner BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), thinner BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical coverage: 14 - 16 m²/ 1 liter (4 fins 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

WORKING PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents and dilute as needed. Radiators must be cool or only slightly warm before application.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1x coat with primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035
2. 1 to 2x coat with top enamel RADBAL STANDARD S2119, the interval between layers is 12 – 24 hours, optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40 µm

• P271: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container to the instructions on the product.
