Radbal Standard S2119 radiator paint, white, 4 l

RADBAL S2119 is a synthetic top radiator paint and metal hot water pipes.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The paint is mainly intended for top glossy coatings of central heating radiators. It has quick drying time and good mechanical properties. With a primer, e.g. PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035, or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129, the enamel can also be used for weather-resistant coatings.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free from grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and must be treated with a suitable primer anti-corrosion material. Radiators must be cool before application. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and free from old non-adhesive coatings.

DILUTION: thinner BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), thinner BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical coverage: 14 - 16 m²/1 liter (4 ribs 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Before use, stir the contents thoroughly and dilute if necessary. Radiators must be cool or just slightly warm before application.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1x coating with the base color PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX BASE FOR GALVANIZED S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035
2. 1 to 2x coating with the top enamel RADBAL STANDARD S2119, the interval between individual coats is 12 – 24 hours, optimal thickness of one layer 30 – 40 µm

Safety warnings of the product (H-statements)

• EUH208: Contains (see hazardous substances). May produce an allergic reaction.
• EUH211: Warning! Spraying may produce dangerous respirable droplets. Do not inhale aerosols or mist.
• H226: Flammable liquid and vapor.
• H317: May cause an allergic skin reaction.
• H319: Causes serious eye irritation.
• H412: Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.

Instructions for safe handling (P-statements)

• P102: Keep out of reach of children.
• P210: Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking.
• P261: Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/aerosols.
• P271: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
