Radbal Profi S2120 special paint for radiators, 1000 white, 600 ml

RADBAL PROFI S2120 is a synthetic top paint for radiators and metal hot water pipes.

CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION:

The paint is primarily intended for glossy top coatings of central heating radiators and heat exchangers. It has quick drying properties and good mechanical properties. It permanently withstands temperatures up to 130 °C without changing color. It exhibits exceptional coverage and high gloss. Due to the content of dearomatic solvents, it is odorless.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and must be treated with an appropriate anti-corrosive primer. Radiators must be cooled before application. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and free of old non-adhering coatings.

DILUTION: diluent BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), diluent BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical coverage: 12 m²/ 1 liter (4 ribs 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

WORK PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents. It is not diluted, the enamel is already in the application viscosity. Radiators must be cooled before application or only slightly warm.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1x coat with basic paint PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX ZÁKLAD NA POZINK S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S2035
2. 1 to 2x coats with the top enamel RADBAL PROFI S2120, the interval between individual coats is 12 – 24 hours, the optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 35 µm
