Radbal Profi S2120 special radiator paint, 1000 white, 4 l

RADBAL PROFI S2120 is a synthetic top radiator paint and metal hot water pipes.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The paint is primarily intended for glossy top coatings of central heating radiators and heat exchangers. It has quick drying time and good mechanical properties. It permanently withstands temperatures up to 130 °C without changing color. It exhibits exceptional coverage and high gloss. Due to the content of dearomatic solvents, it does not smell.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned, and treated with a suitable base anti-corrosive material before application. Radiators must be cool before application. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and stripped of old non-adhesive coatings.

DILUTION: diluent BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), diluent BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical yield: 12 m²/ 1 liter (4 fins 20 × 60 cm = 1 m²).

WORKING PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents. Do not dilute, the enamel is already at application viscosity. Radiators must be cool before application or only slightly warm.
Coating of central heating radiators
1. 1x coat with base paint PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX BASE FOR GALVANIZED S2003 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035
2. 1 to 2x coat with top enamel RADBAL PROFI S2120, the interval between individual coats is 12 – 24 hours, optimal thickness of one layer 30 – 35 µm
