Ratastop Soft Bait for Rodents, 150 g

Ratastop soft bait for rodents is a rodenticide bait in the form of reddish soft paste with a fruity scent for eliminating rodents such as rats, house mice, and mice in indoor and outdoor areas around buildings. RataStop features innovative and patented properties precisely from FLUO-NP technology and PASTA PLUS composition. The FLUO-NP technology with fluorescent pigment makes the bait easily identifiable even in poor light conditions.

After consuming the bait, rodent droppings are clearly visible under ultraviolet light due to the fluorescent formulation, which provides an opportunity to monitor rodent activity. The composition of the PASTA PLUS bait combines a balanced mixture of food-origin ingredients that are particularly tasty and desired by rodents. RataStop contains a bittering agent that serves as a taste repellent for humans and is provided in a practical resealable package with a so-called zip to prevent the bait from drying out.

Active ingredients for rodents:

0.0029% difenacoum (29 mg in 1 kg of the product), i.e. 3-[3-(4'-biphenyl-4-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthyl]-4-hydroxychromen-2(2H)-one, denatonium benzoate (bitter taste component reducing the risk of unwanted ingestion), bait material (milk powder, sugar, fats enriched with proteins, etc.).

Action of the product:

Difenacoum is an anticoagulant poison. Upon ingestion, it reduces blood clotting and increases the permeability of blood vessels, causing the affected organism to die from internal bleeding. It has a deadly effect on rodents after a single ingestion, but it also has cumulative effects, meaning even small ingested amounts accumulate in the organism. RataStop is very well accepted by rodents. Death, which occurs between the 4th and 10th day after consuming a lethal dose, occurs in rats after consuming about 9 g of the product and in mice with a lower weight after approximately 0.4 g. The bait does not trigger a defensive reflex.

Usage:

The bait in the specified amount is placed in bait stations, which can also be various "boxes" outside the original stations: cardboard, plastic, metal, or wooden, with an opening of about 2 cm in diameter for mice and 7 cm for rats. These stations should be placed in close proximity to areas where rodent activity has been recorded, such as paths, nests, feeding areas, holes, burrows, etc. Stations should not be placed near drainage systems where they may come into contact with water. It is more effective and economical to place a larger number of bait stations spread throughout the treated area rather than the opposite. Baits should be replenished every 8-10 days, as long as they continue to be consumed. In case of high infestation, it is recommended to place baits at intervals of 5 meters for rats and 2 meters for mice. When using this product, the elimination of rodents should occur within approximately 35 days.

Dosage:

> rats 100 g (i.e. 5 - 7 packets) / 1 rodent station / every 10 m in case of low infestation, or every 5 m in case of high infestation
> house mice 50 g (i.e. 2 - 3 packets) / 1 rodent station / every 5 m in case of low infestation, or every 2 m in case of high infestation
