BALSPREJ top universal acrylic spray paint, RAL 2004 pure orange, 400 ml

BALSPREJ is a universal top glossy spray paint that can be applied to wood, metal, bodywork, and selected plastics. It features high coverage, quick drying, and does not drip when applied. It is resistant to corrosion and weather. It can be overcoated with a clear acrylic spray lacquer.

These universal spray paints can be used for repairs and creative activities. For cleaning tools and stained areas, we recommend using BALTECH S6006 and S6001 thinners.

The product is not intended for surfaces coming into direct contact with food, drinking water, or animal feed, nor for coatings on children's furniture and toys.

Usage of the spray paint:

Wherever paint is needed. For new coatings, refreshing color, repairs, paint for wood, paint for metal, bodywork, glass, synthetic material, PVC (with a base), masonry, etc.

Before using the spray paint:

1. Prepare the surface well (dry, clean, free of rust)
2. Shake the contents thoroughly until you hear the mixing balls moving freely inside the container; repeat several times during use.
3. 20 °C is the ideal temperature; hold the can 25-30 cm away from the sprayed surface and fully press down the nozzle.
4. Test the spray on a similar sample first.
5. For certain surfaces, we recommend very fine layers sprayed from a greater distance at intervals of 15 min.
6. It is always better to apply 2 thin layers than one thick one.
7. To clean the nozzle, turn the container upside down and press the nozzle until only air comes out without paint. Remove the clogged nozzle and clean it with a needle.

You may find covering materials helpful, such as paper masking tape or covering film, or perhaps sanding papers.

Safe handling instructions (P-phrases)

• P101: If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
• P102: Keep out of reach of children.

• P210: Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking.
• P211: Do not spray into an open flame or other ignition source.
• P251: Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
• P261: Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/aerosols.
• P271: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P312: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell.
• P337+P313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
• P410+P412: Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C/122 °F.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
