Ceys chemical anchor polyester, 300 ml

Polyester chemical anchor for extremely durable anchoring in hollow, brittle or solid substrates such as brick, concrete, cement, natural stone, wood. Cures in 6 minutes without expansion, making it ideal for anchoring in situations where surface cracking is a risk. It does not expand. It contains no styrene or phthalate.

Features:

• Load resistance: 900 kg (attachment M12 on concrete substrate B25 or greater. Anchoring 5.8 galvanized zinc / A4-70).
• Tensile strength: 560 kg/cm²
• Compressive strength: 1080 kg/cm²
• Yield: 49 M10 anchors per cartridge.
• Temperature resistance 80 °C to 110 °C.
• Optimal application temperature: 20 °C.
• Drying time depends on temperature.

Application:
It is intended for the attachment and anchoring of screws, pins, threaded rods in braces, iron constructions, etc. It can also be used to secure garden awnings, lamps, air conditioning units, radiators, tanks, railings, door fittings, TV mounts, satellite antennas, etc.

Materials:
Pore and solid or hard materials, brick, concrete, cement, natural and artificial stone, injection mortar, solid rock, masonry, galvanized steel, stainless steel, corrosion-resistant steel, wood.

Method of use:

1. Unscrew the cap and cut both bags under the ring.
2. Screw on the mixing nozzle and insert it into the application gun.
3. Squeeze the compound until it has a uniform gray color. A chemical reaction with increased temperature occurs during mixing.

For HOLLOW materials:
(bricks, partitions, walls or on carpenter's windows and doors)

2. Clean the hole
3. Insert the mesh
4. Fill the mesh from the bottom
5. Insert the anchoring element

For SOLID OR HARD materials:
(injection mortar, natural stone, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and corrosion-resistant steel)
