Location:
sunny place.
Soil:
well-drained, warming, humus-rich, well-fertilized.
Distance:
rows 80 -120 cm, within the row 20 cm (in poly tunnel 40 cm), 2-3 seeds per nest.
Sowing time:
in the garden safely after May 15th, in warmer areas even earlier, when covered with foil can be sown with risk even at the end of April.
Watering:
best at the roots, especially important during dry and fruiting periods. Larger amount of water, but less frequently. Plants grow very quickly with sufficient moisture and nutrients, replacing leaves damaged by mildew.
Fertilizing:
at the beginning of flowering with lime or poultry manure greatly encourages the growth of the tops (together with watering).
Vertical system:
leading the tops upwards on strings, wires, nets, etc. (up to 150-200 cm) is a partial but effective protection against mildew - leaves dry out more quickly.
Harvest:
as often as possible, at least 2-3 times a week.
Do not use seeds for consumption. Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children. Dispose of the packaging at the hazardous waste collection point.
