PATTEX adhesive Repair Epoxy Liquid Metal, 25ml

PATTEX Liquid Metal is a reliable two-component epoxy adhesive that ensures a strong and durable bond not only between metal parts. Thanks to its metallic color and exceptional adhesion, it is the ideal solution for repairing and bonding steel, aluminum, cast iron, and other common materials in the home, workshop, and industry. It excels in high resistance to mechanical stress and weather influences, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.

The adhesive creates an extremely strong and permanent bond that can be sanded, drilled, or painted over if needed. Its applications are wide-ranging – from repairing metal components and tools, to joining various materials, to modifying constructions. However, Pattex Liquid Metal is not suitable for bonding polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and Teflon (PTFE).

Thanks to the practical two-chamber syringe, dosing is simple and precise. By mixing both components, a material with good workability and high strength after curing is created. To speed up drying, the bond can be heated – for example, with a hot air gun or in a dryer.

Application:
Apply the adhesive in a thin layer to both sides of the parts to be bonded. Press the parts together within 4 minutes, or fix them with a clamp, adhesive tape, etc. You can expedite curing by raising the temperature to 70 °C.
If temperatures are below 15 °C, the curing time is extended.
After use, clean the syringe tip. Immediately close the syringe with the cap (from the center of the piston).

Cleaning recommendations:
Remove adhesive residues immediately with a damp cloth. After drying, residues can only be removed mechanically. After application, unscrew the mixer before the material inside cures, clean the syringe tip, and replace the protective cover.
