PATTEX Sanitary Silicone Express, white, 280 ml

PATTEX Sanitary Silicone Express is a specially developed fast-drying sealant designed for sealing joints in sanitary areas, where it is necessary to achieve not only high quality and durability but also the shortest drying time possible. Thanks to its unique formula, this silicone is waterproof just one hour after application, significantly reducing the waiting time during renovations or routine repairs of bathrooms and kitchens.

The sealant is suitable for sealing joints around bathtubs, shower stalls, sinks, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary appliances, ensuring a permanently clean, flexible, and hygienic joint. It is resistant to moisture, mold, UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, and aging, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Once cured, the silicone remains permanently elastic and retains its color without cracking or fading. It adheres excellently to smooth and non-porous surfaces, such as ceramics, glass, enamel, or glazed tiles, and is solvent-free. However, it is not suitable for use on porous materials, areas that are constantly submerged in water, or surfaces exposed to mechanical wear.

Before use:
Joints must be clean, dry, and free from dust and grease. Cut the tip of the cartridge above the thread and screw the nozzle onto the cartridge. The tip of the nozzle must be cut according to the width of the joint.
Insert the cartridge into the application gun. Apply the silicone evenly into the joints.

Application:
Apply silicone into the joint. Then smooth it out using a spatula or a finger dipped in soapy water.

Cleaning:
Immediately remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
