PATTEX Parket & Laminate, 750 g

PATTEX Parket & Laminate is a high-quality dispersion adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate, intended for precise and durable bonding of joints in floating floors, especially in tongue-and-groove systems. Due to its water-resistant composition and high bond strength, it is ideal for use in the installation of laminate, wooden, and particleboard flooring panels that require reliable fastening without compromise.

This adhesive is ready for use immediately – without mixing, thinning, or further adjustment. It is applied directly from the bottle and, upon drying, creates a flexible, transparent joint that is unobtrusive yet highly functional. It features excellent resistance to aging, moisture, and normal loads, making it suitable not only for households but also for commercial spaces with regular activity.

The joint, once cured, does not harden into a brittle substance but remains slightly flexible, allowing for natural movement of the flooring panels with changes in temperature and humidity. The adhesive meets the demanding requirements for the longevity and stability of modern flooring systems.

Before use:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. The bonded parts must fit together accurately.
The moisture content of the wood should be in the range of 8–12%. Higher moisture extends the curing time. Acclimatize parquet panels before installation.

Application:
Apply the adhesive into the groove directly from the bottle to create an even layer.
After applying the layer, insert the tongue into the groove and press it down.
The working time of the adhesive is approximately 15 minutes. Curing time is about 20 minutes depending on the moisture of the wood.
Final strength is achieved after 24 hours.
