Polykar Bitumen chassis spray, black, 500 ml

Polykar Bitumen cartridge, spray for chassis protection. A non-paintable agent for protecting the chassis of cars, trailers, and metal products, made on a rubber and asphalt basis. It forms a durable elastic layer that protects against the abrasive action of spreading materials, the effects of corrosion, gasoline, oils, water, and salt. It also functions as sound insulation. It has excellent adhesion to clean metal substrates and to metal coated with protective paints based on rubber and asphalt.

The product must not be applied to areas that come into direct contact with food and drinking water. VOC CONTENT = 435 g/l. This product meets the requirements of the European Union Directive (2004/42/EC), which sets a limit value for volatile substances of 840 g/l for products in this category (B/e).

Usage of Polykar Bitumen chassis protection:

The surface must be clean and dry, free from grease and rust before application. Areas that should not be treated with the agent must be covered. Before use, the material in the package must be shaken well! It is applied using a spray gun. We recommend using a 4 mm nozzle, pressure 3-5 bar.

Cleaning tools:
For immediate cleaning of tools, we recommend using thinner S6006 or C6000.

Storage
During storage and transportation, ensure a temperature of +5 to +25 °C and avoid direct heat and sunlight. Store in a dry and cool environment. The shelf life for maintaining quality and useful properties is indicated on the packaging.

• P304+P340: IF INHALED: Transfer person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P410+P412: Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C/122 °F.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with product instructions.
