Polykar Bitumen chassis spray for cars, black, 500 ml

Polykar Bitumen cartridge, spray for chassis protection. Non-paintable agent for the protection of car chassis, trailers, and metal products, made on a rubber and asphalt basis. It forms a durable elastic layer protecting against the abrasive effects of spreading materials, corrosion, gasoline, oils, water, and salt. It also functions as soundproof insulation. It has excellent adhesion to clean metal substrates and to metal covered with protective coatings based on rubber and asphalt.

The product must not be applied to areas that come into direct contact with food and drinking water. VOC CONTENT = 435 g/l. This product meets the requirements of the European Union Directive (2004/42/EC), which sets the limit value for volatile substances content at 840 g/l for products in this category (B/e).

Usage of Polykar Bitumen chassis protection:

The surface must be clean and dry, free of grease and rust before application. Areas that should not be treated with the product must be covered. The material in the container must be properly shaken before use! It is applied with a spray gun. A 4 mm nozzle is recommended, with a pressure of 3-5 bar.

Cleaning tools:
For immediate cleaning of tools, it is recommended to use thinner S6006 or C6000.

Storage
During storage and transportation, it is necessary to ensure a temperature of +5 to +25 °C and to avoid direct heat and sunlight. Store in a dry and cool environment. The shelf life and usefulness are marked on the packaging.
