Protect Z rodent bait, 150 g

Rodenticide preparation for the extermination of house mice and common rats intended for use by the general public. The bait is attractive to harmful rodents.

The preparation contains a bittering agent, which reduces the risk of consumption by children and domestic animals.

Active substance: Bromadiolone 27mg/kg

Rats:

100-200 g bait for one rodent station. If more rodent stations are needed, they should be at least 5m apart. The bait should not be used as a permanent measure for preventing infestation or monitoring rodent activity.

Usage of Protect Z rodent bait:

The general public should consider whether the use of mechanical traps or other non-chemical methods would be sufficient to achieve the desired effect before using the preparation. If necessary, the preparation should be applied in tamper-resistant rodent stations that are placed out of reach of children, birds, domestic and farm animals, and other non-target organisms, near expected rodent activity sites. If possible, the stations should be secured by anchoring to the ground or solid points to prevent them from being moved. Before applying the preparation, all food and feed should be removed from the treated areas. The stations should be marked with warning information Do not move or open.

The preparation contains Bromadiolone for rodent control. In case of an accident, call the Toxicological Information Center. When handling the preparation, wear protective gloves, do not eat, drink, or smoke. After finishing work, wash hands and any contaminated skin with soap and water. Rodent stations should be checked no earlier than 5-7 days after the initiation of extermination and then at least once a week to verify if the bait is accepted, the stations are intact, and to collect dead rodents. If necessary, replenish the bait. Remove contaminated or degraded bait. If there is no suppression of rodent activity within 35 days of the initiation of extermination, seek advice from the product supplier or contact a pest control service. The preparation and rodents intoxicated with the preparation may be dangerous to children, non-target animals, and birds.

Warning:

Disposal instructions for the preparation and contaminated packaging: at the end of the extermination, dispose of any unused and non-reusable bait and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste. The most suitable method is incineration in a hazardous waste incinerator. Dead rodents may be disposed of by burning or burying in a location where groundwater will not be contaminated. Individual animals that died during a non-professional intervention may be disposed of in the municipal waste collection system.
