Bakrylex Universal Matt is a water-soluble, universal covering matte enamel for interior and exterior coatings of wood, chipboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It provides excellent coverage and is resistant to weather conditions. When used for outdoor coatings, renewal is expected every 3–5 years. The product meets the requirements for paint used on toys. It demonstrates wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.

Instructions for use:

Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer REMAL, BARLET or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface is absorbed. Wood should be pre-treated with BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals must be derusted, degreased and coated with suitable anti-corrosive primer.

Before use, thoroughly stir the contents. You can dilute the paint with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spraying, or roller in 2–3 layers at temperatures of 10–25 °C. The time interval between layers is a minimum of 4 hours.

Coverage:

Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² per 1 liter) for one coat.

Shades:

Available as matte or glossy paint in shades according to special color samples, or it can be tinted to the desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our company stores BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE.

Handling:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with foodstuffs, animal feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains a reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause allergic
reaction.

Storage stability:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste:

Used, properly emptied packaging should be handed over at a collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of packaging with residues of the product at a place designated by the municipality for the disposal of hazardous waste or hand it over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
