CERESIT CT 17 – Deep penetration for absorbent substrates
Universal priming coat designed to strengthen and unify the absorbency of substrates before applying tiles, leveling compounds, paints, adhesives, or plasters. Due to its deep effect, it significantly increases the adhesion of subsequent layers and provides optimal conditions for further construction work. It can be used indoors and outdoors.

Main advantages:

• Strengthens the surface and penetrates deeply into the structure of the material
• Reduces and unifies substrate absorbency
• Improves the adhesion of additional layers (adhesives, plasters, coatings, screeds)
• Quick drying – shortens the time between individual working steps
• Vapor-permeable – allows the substrate to "breathe"
• Ready to use, can be diluted with water if necessary

Application:
concrete, cement screeds, and plasters
gypsum and anhydrite substrates
autoclaved aerated concrete, drywall, chipboard
indoor and outdoor applications before laying tiles, painting, insulation, etc.

How to use:
Preparing the substrate: The surface must be dry, clean, and free from dirt, grease, and loose layers.

Application: Shake the container, apply with a brush or roller. In case of highly absorbent substrates, it can be diluted with water (1:1).

Drying time: On less absorbent substrates, you can continue working after 15 minutes. On absorbent surfaces, the priming can be repeated.
