Luxol Original thin-film wood stain, 0022 rosewood, 3.5 l

The thin-film wood stain Luxol Original is used for decorative coatings that provide protection against weather influences and UV radiation. The innovative formulation brings improved properties, including higher water resistance, excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings, mechanical resistance, and deep penetration. The new creamy consistency facilitates spreading and overall application. The stain is characterized by the stability of color shades and a matte satin effect. Wood under the coating can breathe freely, and the lower VOC content ensures greater environmental friendliness.

This thin-film stain Luxol Original can be used on all wooden structures and building elements – for example, fences, pergolas, doors, garden furniture, facade cladding, shutters, cottages, chalets, or other outdoor wooden constructions. It is also suitable for indoor painting, where you will appreciate its minimal odor and shorter drying time.

dry to the touch: 3h sandable/second coat: 8-14h fully dry: 24h

Instructions for use:
for outdoor coatings, it is recommended to prime the substrate with a fungicidal primer. Apply Luxol Original to a dry and clean surface. Remove any crust that may form. Mix the contents thoroughly before use. Do not dilute. Apply LUXOL ORIGINAL with a brush in the direction of the grain. Perform the application in stable and dry weather. For interiors, apply 1 – 2 coats. To create long-lasting protection outdoors, apply 2-3 coats. The interval between applying individual layers is 8 -14 hours. Dry to the touch after about 3 hours, fully dry after 24 hours. Before applying the next coat, lightly sand the surface. Apply LUXOL ORIGINAL at temperatures of 5-30 °C and a relative humidity lower than 85%. Low temperature and high humidity can significantly affect drying. Clean the tools with technical benzene or thinner S6006. Before cleaning, remove as much paint as possible from the brush.

WARNING:
claims regarding color shades will only be recognized if a test coat was performed before implementation and it was reported to us. If the same production batch is used, the same color shade is guaranteed. We recommend mixing color shades from different batches in a larger container before application. The transparent shade is not suitable for outdoor use. The type, surface, and previous coating of the wood affect the resulting color shade, so we recommend performing a test coat before the final application. Unused product or empty packaging with residues should be disposed of at a hazardous waste collection point or handed over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste. Do not use empty containers for food storage.
