Luxol Originál thin-film wood stain, 0080 mahogany, 3.5 l

Luxol Originál is a thin-film wood stain for decorative coatings on wood with protection against weather influences and UV radiation. The new formula has improved properties such as increased water repellency, high adhesion of subsequent coatings, mechanical resistance, and deep penetration. Thanks to the new creamy consistency, it spreads better and is easy to apply. The stain features consistent color shades with a matte satin appearance. The coating does not restrict the breathing of the wood and, due to the reduced VOC content, is also more environmentally friendly.

The thin-film stain Luxol Originál is suitable for coating all building components or wooden structures such as fences, doors, pergolas, garden furniture, house cladding, shutters, cottages, chalets, and other wooden structures outdoors. The stain is also suitable for painting indoors as it has a minimal odor and dries faster.

dry to the touch: 3h sandable/second coat: 8-14h fully dry: 24h

Instructions for use:
for outdoor coatings, it is recommended to saturate the substrate with a fungicidal priming agent. Apply Luxol Originál on a dry and cleaned surface. Remove any skin. Before use, thoroughly mix the contents. Do not dilute. Apply LUXOL ORIGINÁL with a brush in the direction of the grain. Perform the coating in stable and dry weather. For indoor application, apply 1 – 2 coats. To create long-term protection outdoors, apply 2-3 coats. The interval between applying individual layers is 8 -14 hours. Dry to the touch after about 3 hours, fully dry after 24 hours. Before applying another layer, lightly sand the coating. Apply LUXOL ORIGINÁL at temperatures between 5-30 °C and relative humidity below 85%. Low temperatures and high humidity can significantly affect drying. Clean work tools with technical gasoline or thinner S6006. Before cleaning, remove as much paint as possible from the brush.

WARNING:
claims for color shades will only be recognized if a test coat was conducted prior to implementation and this was reported to us. Using the same production batch guarantees the same color shade. We recommend mixing color shades from different batches in a larger container before application. The colorless shade is not suitable for outdoor use. The type, surface, and previous coating of the wood affect the final shade of the coating, so we recommend conducting a test coat before final application. Dispose of unused product or empty containers with residues at a hazardous waste collection point or hand them over to someone authorized to handle hazardous waste. Do not use empty containers for storing food.
