PATTEX Repair Epoxy Ultra Strong 5 min two-component epoxy adhesive, 11 ml

Fast-curing two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents for permanent repairs, bonding and fixing. Thanks to the static mixer, mixing both components is precise and application is very easy and quick.

Application area:

Pattex Repair Epoxy Ultra Strong 5 min is a two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents, universally applicable. It is intended for bonding, repairs, and fixing almost all materials: wood, metal, glass, ceramics, rubber, stone, concrete, marble, and most plastics. It is not recommended for bonding PP, PE, PTFE (Teflon®) and polystyrene.

Surface preparation:

The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of grease. If possible, roughen the surfaces before bonding.

Processing:

Remove the sealing protective cap from the packaging. Hold the adhesive syringe so that the nozzle is facing up. Break off the safety cap at the tip of the syringe. Attach and screw on the mixer all the way. When the syringe is pressed, both components are thoroughly mixed in the mixer. The mixing ratio of components A and B is 1:1. Apply the adhesive to one of the bonded surfaces. Firmly press both bonded surfaces together. Immediately remove excess adhesive using clean alcohol. After application, unscrew the mixer before the adhesive inside cures. Wipe the tip of the syringe with a cloth. Put the protective cap back on. Store the syringe in its original packaging.

Do not overlook:

Residual adhesive can be removed immediately after use using ethanol or another universal solvent. Once cured, adhesive can only be removed mechanically. Dispose of any unused contents after curing in accordance with local waste disposal regulations. Small quantities can be added to household waste. Hand empty packaging over for recycling. Dispose of large quantities separately. More information can be found in the product safety data sheet. First aid: In case of skin contact, wash with water and soap, treat with a regenerating cream. In case of contact with eyes, rinse under running water for about 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If ingested, rinse the mouth, drink 1-2 glasses of water and seek medical advice. If inhaled, take the affected person out of the contaminated area and consult a doctor.
