To use as a bath: add 250 g of live salt to one bath /about 50 litres of Water at 38-45°C/. The duration of the bath is 15-25 min. Do not use soap or shampoo after the bath. Rinse the body with clean Water and stay wrapped in warmth for about an hour to increase the effect of the living salt. We recommend applying the bath 2-3 times a week.
Use as a poultice: soak gauze or Cotton wool in a saturated solution /about 250 g of live salt dissolved in 2 l of Water/ and apply to the affected area. Leave on for 15-25 min. We recommend applying 2-3 times a week. Exceeding the daily limit of Magnesium by several times/about 300 mg/ will not harm a healthy person, as the excess amount is eliminated from the body.
