Whipped super lightweight filler, which in many cases replaces plaster. Suitable for interior use. It is paintable, does not run, does not crack, and does not shrink. It smooths very well and is sandable. It resists water and has very good adhesion to the substrate. It permanently fills hairline and larger cracks.
Usage:
Plaster, drywall, masonry, wood, stucco, ideal for repairing cracks in panel walls and ceilings.
Characteristics of Uniflex whipped filler:
- Color white.
- Appearance paste.
- Toxicity non-toxic.
- Solubility before curing - easily soluble in water.
- Solubility after curing - practically insoluble in water.
- Temperature resistance after curing +5 to +50 °C.
- Density 0.55 + 0.05 g/cm³.
- Workability +5 to +35 °C.
Application of Uniflex whipped filler:
- The surface must be clean, free of dust and grease,
- when applying to absorbent material, the crack must be lightly moistened,
- using a spatula, apply the filler into the hole or crack and smooth it out,
- the repaired surface can be painted with water-based paints after 2 hours, with any paint after 24 hours,
- clean tools with lukewarm water after the work is done.
Warning:
If inhaled - Move the affected person to fresh air and ensure physical and mental calm. Prevent hypothermia. If irritation persists, seek medical attention/treatment. In case of skin contact - Remove contaminated clothing from the body, wash the affected skin with water and soap, and possibly treat with a repair cream. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention/treatment. If in eyes - Rinse the affected eye gently with plenty of clean water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if worn and if they can be easily removed, continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention/treatment. If swallowed - Thoroughly wash the mouth with plenty of water, in cases of swallowing a larger amount and/or in cases of uncertainty or problems seek medical attention/treatment. No specific protective measures are required for the provider.
