Whipped super-light putty that often replaces plaster. Suitable for indoor use. It is paintable, does not run, does not crack, and does not shrink. It smooths out very well and can be sanded. It withstands water action and has very good adhesion to the substrate. It permanently fills hairline and larger cracks.
Usage:
Plaster, drywall, masonry, wood, stucco, ideal for repairing cracks in panel walls and ceilings.
Characteristics of Uniflex whipped putty:
- Color white.
- Appearance paste.
- Toxicity non-toxic.
- Solubility before curing - easily soluble in water.
- Solubility after curing - practically insoluble in water.
- Temperature resistance after curing +5 to + 50 °C.
- Density 0.55 + 0.05 g/cm³.
- Workability +5 to +35 °C.
Application of Uniflex whipped putty:
- The surface must be clean, free from dust and grease,
- when applying to absorbent material, gently moisten the crack,
- using a spatula, apply the putty into the hole or crack and smooth it out,
- the repaired surface can be painted with water-based paints after 2 hours, any paint after 24 hours,
- clean contaminated tools with lukewarm water after finishing work.
Warning:
Inhalation - Move the affected person to fresh air and ensure both physical and mental calm. Avoid cooling down. If irritation persists, seek medical assistance/treatment. Skin contact - Remove contaminated clothing from the body, wash affected skin with water and soap, and if necessary, treat with a repair cream. If problems persist, seek medical assistance/treatment. In case of eye contact - Rinse the affected eye gently for several minutes with plenty of clean water, remove contact lenses if worn and if they can be removed easily, continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical assistance/treatment. In case of ingestion - Thoroughly rinse the mouth with plenty of water, in cases of ingestion of a larger amount and/or in cases of uncertainty or problems, seek medical assistance/treatment. There are no special protection measures required for the provider.
