Jub Akrinol Fugalux Grout, white, 2 kg

High-quality grout for both indoor and outdoor use, made based on noble hydraulic binders, intended for grouting wall coverings and floor tiles made of ceramic tiles, clinker, glass and other mosaic materials, stone, etc. It is characterized by high compressive and flexural strength, high abrasion resistance and frost resistance, reduced absorbency with a 'beading' effect, and long-term resistance to mold attack. It is suitable for grouting floor ceramics in buildings with underfloor heating. Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C. Classified according to EN 13888, class CG2ArW.

AKRINOL FUGALUX 1 – 10 is a powdered mixture made based on cement, intended for grouting internal and external wall and floor coverings (ceramic tiles and clinker of various types, glass and other mosaics, tiles made of natural and artificial stone) in residential, business, and public buildings. It is suitable for joints with a width and depth of up to 10 mm, including for tiles in areas with underfloor heating. It is characterized by high wear resistance, good water repellency with a pronounced 'drop effect' and long-term resistance to mold attack.

Use of grout:

For grouting coverings and tiles requiring resistance to acids and alkalis (in industrial operations, craft workshops, laboratories, etc.), the grout AKRINOL FUGALUX 1 – 10 is not suitable, nor does it meet the requirements for grouts intended for filling any expansion joints, coverings, and tiles in swimming pools or joints between tiles and other elements of ceramic kilns.

Consumption of grout:

0.5 - 1.5 kg/m², depending on the width and depth of joints and the dimensions of tiles

Preparation of grout

Pour the contents of the package (20kg, 5 kg, or 2 kg) while continuously mixing into the prescribed amount of water (~1.5 l or ~0.6 l). Mix with an electric mixer until you achieve a homogeneous pasty mixture (without lumps). Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then mix it well again - if necessary, add a little more water at this stage. The working time of the prepared mixture is approximately 2 hours.

WARNING!
For grouting a cohesive area, use only material of the same production date or the same production batch, as there may be slight differences in color shades between different batches. If preparing the material for a larger area multiple times, always mix it with the same amount of water.
