PATTEX Repair Epoxy Ultra Quick 1 min two-component epoxy adhesive, 11 ml

Exceptionally fast-curing two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents for permanent repairs, bonding, and fixing. Thanks to the static mixer, mixing both components is precise and application is very easy and quick.

Properties of the two-component epoxy adhesive:

Areas of use:

Pattex Repair Epoxy Ultra Quick 1 min is a fast-curing two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents, universally applicable. It is designed for bonding, repairs, and fixing of almost all materials: wood, metal, glass, ceramics, rubber, leather, stone, cardboard, and most plastics. It is not recommended for bonding PP, PE, and PTFE (Teflon®).

Surface preparation:

The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, and free of grease. If possible, roughen the surfaces before bonding.

Processing:

Remove the closing protective cap from the package. Hold the adhesive syringe so that the nozzle is facing upwards. Break off the safety cap at the tip of the syringe. Attach and screw on the mixer until it stops. When squeezing the syringe, both components are thoroughly mixed in the mixer. The mixing ratio of components A and B is 1:1. Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded. Press both bonded surfaces firmly together. Immediately remove excess adhesive with clean alcohol. After application, unscrew the mixer before the adhesive inside cures. Wipe the tip of the syringe with a cloth. Place the protective cap back on. Store the syringe in its original packaging.

Do not overlook:

Residues of adhesive can be removed immediately after use with ethanol or another universal solvent. After curing, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically. Dispose of any unused content after curing in accordance with local waste disposal regulations. Small amounts can be added to household waste. Dispose of empty containers for recycling. First aid:

In case of skin contact, wash with water and soap, then treat with a restorative cream. In case of eye contact, rinse under running water for about 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If ingested, rinse the mouth, drink 1-2 glasses of water, and seek medical assistance. If inhaled, move the affected person to fresh air and consult a doctor.
