Sokrates Lazurit Plus semi-transparent wood stain, colorless, 2 kg

Alkyd semi-transparent wood stain designed for wood coatings in interior and exterior based on hybrid alkyd. The coating perfectly withstands fungal attacks and similar threats. It penetrates the wooden substrate, strengthens the surface, and prevents water infiltration. Standardly contains UV filter. It is particularly suitable for coating fences, building cladding, in combination with Lazurit FORTE for log cabins, pergolas, garden furniture, cottage windows and doors, interior cladding, ceilings, and similar applications. It stands out for its high durability, a pleasant waxy velvet surface, resistance to peeling, and excellent light fastness. The coating material is not intended for direct contact with food, animal feed, and drinking water!

• includes UV filter and coating material stabilizer,
• complies with the ČSN EN 71-3 standard for toys and products for children,
• the surface is resistant to fungal attacks and prevents their further penetration into the wooden substrate.

Cleaning tools:

Wash any contamination with water, dried coating can be removed using organic solvents.

Usage:

Sokrates Lazurit Plus semi-transparent wood stain is designed for top coatings of outdoor wooden cladding of buildings, entrance doors, as well as cottage windows, including pergolas, garden furniture, fences, railings, etc. In interiors, it is used for coating ceilings, wall cladding, beams in attics, as well as furniture that is not heavily subjected to abrasion, balustrade infill, and similar applications. Suitable for children's toys. Always roughen the surface for outdoor use with sandpaper no. 60-80. A smooth wood surface is not suitable. Sokrates Lazurit Plus semi-transparent wood stain is not permanently walkable, that means – permanent operation. Lazurit Plus can be used for hobby purposes as a primer under top coatings. When used this way, Lazurit Plus is diluted with water in a ratio of 2:1 to 1:1.

Application:

Sokrates Lazurit Plus semi-transparent wood stain is applied with a brush, spray, or roller at a minimum temperature of the coating material, air, and substrate of + 10 °C. Recommended application temperature: + 18 °C to + 23 °C.
