Den Braven Maxi tube low-expansion mounting foam, 500 ml

This product was developed in Den Braven laboratories using advanced high tack technology to meet strict requirements for maximum yield, low expansion rate, uniform structure, versatile use, and the ability to effectively absorb vibrations and dampen noise. The special tube finished with an application nozzle contributes to maximum yield. The foam reliably adheres to concrete, plaster, masonry, wood, polystyrene, and unplasticized PVC. It is suitable for filling joints during the installation of window frames and door frames, for thermal and sound insulation of pipes, and for sealing penetrations in walls. It is also applicable as a filling under wooden wall claddings, during the insulation of roof structures, isolation of bathtubs and shower trays, piping systems, cavities, or wall protectors and passages.

Single-component polyurethane foam with minimal secondary expansion. Thanks to high yield and minimal expansion, it is ideal for places sensitive to deformation pressure, such as door frames. It excellently absorbs vibrations and contributes to increased sound insulation. Fire reaction class F according to ČSN EN 13501-1.

It is characterized by excellent adhesion and gluing ability to various building materials – to concrete, masonry, stone, wood, polystyrene, unplasticized PVC, and other substrates.
