Gumoasfalt SA 12 is a water-based coating material of weakly acidic character, in which ground bentonite is used as a filler. It adheres well to all construction materials (concrete, brick, metal, asphalt, stone, etc.).
Uses:
For the maintenance of asphalt membrane roofing, combined covering of new roof structures, sealing of roof details.
Application:
Cold application with a roofing brush, paintbrush, spatula, or spraying using suitable equipment. The material must be thoroughly mixed before use. It is always necessary to ensure that the coating is properly spread and forms a continuous film after drying. Once completely dry, it no longer absorbs water. The consumption is around 0.75 kg/m2 for one coat.
