Jub Akrinol Fugalux Grout, gray manhattan, 2 kg

High-quality grout for indoor and outdoor use, manufactured based on noble hydraulic binders, designed for grouting wall coverings and floor tiles made of ceramic tiles, clinker, glass and other mosaic materials, stone, etc. It is characterized by high compressive and flexural strength, high abrasion resistance and frost resistance, reduced absorbency with a 'droplet' effect, and long-term resistance to mold attack. It is suitable for grouting floor ceramics in buildings with underfloor heating. Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C. Classification according to EN 13888, class CG2ArW.

AKRINOL FUGALUX 1 – 10 is a powder mixture made based on cement, intended for grouting internal and external wall and floor coverings and tiles (ceramic tiles and clinker of various kinds, glass and other mosaics, tiles made of natural and artificial stone) in residential, commercial, and public buildings. It is suitable for joints of width and depth up to 10 mm, even for pavements in areas with underfloor heating. It is characterized by high wear resistance, good water repellency with a pronounced 'drop effect,' and long-term resistance to mold attack.

Use of the grout:

For grouting coverings and pavements where acid and alkali resistance is required (in industrial operations, craft workshops, laboratories, etc.), AKRINOL FUGALUX 1 – 10 is not suitable, nor does it meet the requirements for grouts intended for filling any expansion joints, coverings and pavements in swimming pools, or joints between tiles and other elements of ceramic kilns.

Grout consumption:

0.5 - 1.5 kg/m², depending on the width and depth of the joints and the dimensions of the tiles

Preparation of the grout

Add the contents of the package (20kg, 5 kg, or 2 kg) while continuously mixing into the prescribed amount of water (~1.5 l or ~0.6 l). Mix with an electric mixer until a homogeneous pasty mixture is obtained (without lumps). Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then mix it again well – if necessary, add a little more water during this process. The workability time of the prepared mixture is approximately 2 hours.

WARNING!
For grouting a continuous surface, use only material of the same production date or the same production batch, as there may be slight differences in color shades between different batches. If preparing material for a larger area multiple times, always mix it with the same amount of water.
