LAZUROL impregnation base S1033 clear, 4.5 l

Lazurol S1033 is intended for the preventive chemical surface protection of wood and materials based on it against attacks by molds, wood-staining and wood-destroying fungi and wood-destroying insects. It is used under oil-based, synthetic or water-dilutable coatings. It is intended for hazard classes 2 and 3 (wood in interiors and exteriors, without direct contact with soil or surface water).

USE:

Synthetic fungicidal impregnation, preventive protection of wood under subsequent coating systems, especially in exteriors. Used under oil-based, synthetic, or water-dilutable coatings.

Content of active ingredients: tebuconazole (ISO) (ES 403-640-2) 2.4g/kg of product, 3-iodo-2-propynyl-butylcarbamate (ES 259-627-5) 5g/kg of product, permethrin (ISO) (ES 258-067-9) 0.67g/kg of product. User category: general public (non-professional). Method of use: brushing/rolling (non-professional users). Type designation according to ČSN 49 0600-1: FB, B, P, IP, 1, 2, 3, S.

Examples of use - garden furniture, wooden shields, ceilings, wall and ceiling cladding, fences, cottages and wooden houses, windows, doors, penetration of wooden floors. Use the product safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

Wood must be clean, dry, well-sanded, with a moisture content of max. 12%, and free from resin residues before application. Wood with increased resin content (larch, pine) must be stripped of all resin exudates beforehand, e.g. by washing with BALTECH C6000 thinner. The quality of the wood pre-treatment affects the overall appearance of the final wood surface treatment and also the overall durability of the coating system

DILUTION: thinner BALTECH S6006 for cleaning tools. The lacquer is not diluted, it is already ready for use.

Theoretical yield:

6 - 10 m2/1 liter for one coat depending on the absorbency of the substrate.

WORKING PROCEDURE:

LAZUROL IMPREGNAČNÍ ZÁKLAD S1033 is applied after thorough mixing to dry, non-dewy wood, free from resin exudates, at a temperature of 10 to 25 °C. It does not need to be diluted.
The biocidal effect occurs after the coating dries—then the treated wood can be further processed. LAZUROL IMPREGNAČNÍ ZÁKLAD S1033 is intended only for biocidal protection of wood; to ensure additional decorative properties and protection of wood from weathering, it is necessary to apply other suitable coatings. The recommended interval for re-coating the impregnation base is at least 24 hours, at most 14 days. Recommended consumption and detailed usage description - see the catalog sheet.

You may need covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering film, or sanding papers. Don't forget brushes and rollers.
