BARLET acrylic paste texture plaster grainy 2 mm, 25 kg

They are used for final external and internal decorative surface finishes of buildings. They are supplied in a 2 mm version.

Substrate preparation:

The substrate must be dry, firm, mature, free from dust and old coatings, e.g., plaster or leveling compound from the insulation system. Perform the priming with BARLET BASIC PRIMER FOR DECORATIVE PLASTERS tinted to the shade of the plaster.

Recommended working procedure:

Before applying, thoroughly mix the plaster without whipping it with a slow-speed mixer. You can adjust the consistency of the plaster with a small amount of clean water. Apply the plaster evenly and without interruption with a stainless steel trowel to the thickness determined by the grain size. After a short drying time, adjust the surface of the plaster to the desired texture with a plastic trowel. At higher temperatures above 25 °C, the plaster dries faster, consider the correct creation of texture and joining. At lower temperatures of 5 to 12 °C and high humidity, use plaster labeled Z. At temperatures below 5 °C, the plaster cannot be applied. Protect the applied plaster from rain during drying. Cover surrounding areas; dried plaster residues are difficult to remove. For uniform surfaces, use product from one batch, mix different batches together before use!

The product is treated with a biocide.

Consumption:

• With a grain size of 2 mm, consumption is 2.3 - 2.5 kg/m²
