Het Mikral Renovo Active silicone facade paint, white 15 kg

Het Mikral Renovo Active is a premium silicone facade paint suitable for new and renovated facades, including external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Thanks to the included microfibers, it can bridge small cracks in the substrate and protects the surface against moisture, pollution, and the growth of algae and fungi.

Properties:

• Matt white coating with the possibility of tinting.
• Highly water-repellent, resistant to pollution.
• Vapor-permeable and abrasion-resistant.
• Biocidal protection against algae and fungi.
• Bridges hairline cracks up to approx. 0.3 mm.
• Washable and long-lasting.

Application:

• For mineral substrates: lime, lime-cement, stucco, brizolit plasters, concrete, masonry, thermal insulation systems, etc.
• Suitable for new facades as well as for renovating older surfaces.

Application Instructions:

• The substrate must be firm, dry, clean, free of dust, grease, and biological residues.
• If algae or fungi are present on the facade, remove them and use products for their elimination.
• Prime the substrate with an appropriate primer.
• Thoroughly mix the paint and apply in two layers with a brush, roller, or spray.
• Between layers, allow a drying time of at least 4 hours at normal temperature.

Coverage:

• approx. 6–7 m²/kg in one layer on a smooth substrate.
• A 15 kg package is sufficient for approximately 90–105 m² in one layer or 45–52 m² with two layers.
