Lazurol Aqua Ekohost mat V1305 floor lacquer, 600 g

Lazurol Aqua Ekohost mat V1305 floor lacquer is a highly percent polyurethane water-dilutable floor lacquer with high resistance, hardness, and an appealing appearance, enhancing the grain of the wood. It is used for coatings of wood in interiors (furniture, parquet, cork coverings) and for coatings of absorbent materials (fibreboards, plywood). Contains UV filter. It is produced as a colorless lacquer in semi-matt and matt finishes. It meets the slip-resistance requirements.

The lacquer is intended to create a high-quality and durable surface for all types of wooden floors made of hard and soft wood in interiors. It can also be used for coating plywood, furniture parts, wooden cladding, cork etc., or as a top coat over dispersion paints. It meets the slip resistance requirements when dry and wet (ČSN 744507) for floors in all living and recreational rooms and also for parts of buildings used by the public – the average value of the coefficient of friction for the entire set must be at least 0.5.

Method of application:
with a brush, paint rollers, spraying

Working procedure:
Before use, mix the lacquer thoroughly. The ambient temperature during application must be between +15 °C and +25 °C. It is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying. The surface of the wood to be lacquered must be free of all impurities, dust, and old non-adherent coatings. Resinous areas should be washed with solvent and the surface carefully sanded using progressive sanding with sandpaper P80-100-120-150 (grit to be adjusted to the state, type, and quality of the substrate). After removing impurities generated during sanding, one layer of lacquer diluted with a maximum of 10% water should be applied. After 2 hours of drying, lightly sand the surface with sandpaper P220-400. After further removing impurities generated during sanding, apply two layers of undiluted lacquer at a time interval of 2-8 hours. If the time interval between individual coats is more than 8 hours, we recommend light sanding with sandpaper P220-400.

Toning:
Color shades are prepared in the TELURMIX system.

Coverage:
8 - 12 m²/kg in one layer

You may need covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering foil, or sanding papers. Don't forget brushes and rollers.
