Lazurol Aqua Ekohost Semi-Matt V1305 Floor Lacquer 300 g

LAZUROL AQUA EKOHOST is a high-percentage polyurethane water-based floor lacquer with high resistance, hardness, and an attractive appearance, emphasizing the grain of the wood. It is used for coatings on wood in interiors (furniture, parquet, cork coverings) and for coatings on absorbent materials (fiberboard, plywood). It contains a UV filter. It is produced as a clear lacquer in semi-matt and matte finishes. It meets anti-slip requirements.

The lacquer is intended for creating a high-quality and durable surface on all types of wooden floors made from both hard and soft wood indoors. It can also be used for coating plywood, furniture parts, wooden panels, cork, etc., or as a topcoat over dispersion paints. It meets anti-slip requirements for dry and wet conditions (ČSN 744507) for floors in all residential and living spaces, as well as for parts of buildings used by the public – the average value of the coefficient of friction of the entire set must be at least 0.5.

Work Procedure:
Before use, thoroughly stir the lacquer. The ambient temperature during application must be between +15 °C and +25 °C. It is applied with a brush, roller, or by spraying. The surface of the wood for lacquering must be free from all dirt, dust, and old non-adhering coatings. Resin spots must be washed with solvent, and the surface carefully sanded using graduated sanding paper P80-100-120-150 (grain sizes adjusted to the condition, type, and quality of the substrate). After removing impurities caused by sanding, one layer of lacquer diluted with a maximum of 10% water is applied. After 2 hours of drying, the surface is lightly sanded with sanding paper P220-400. After again removing impurities caused by sanding, two layers of undiluted lacquer are applied with a time interval of 2-8 hours. If the time interval between individual coatings exceeds 8 hours, light sanding with sanding paper P220-400 is recommended.

Tinting:
Color shades are prepared in the TELURMIX system.

8 - 12 m2/kg in one layer
