Lazurol Aqua P UREX V1301 gloss durable wood varnish transparent, 5 kg

Acrylic-urethane water-based varnish for indoor wood. The varnish is designed to create a high-quality and durable surface on all types of hardwood and softwood floors indoors. It can also be used for coating plywood, furniture parts, wooden paneling, cork, etc., or as a topcoat for dispersion paints.

It meets the requirements for slip resistance both when dry and wet (ČSN 744507) for floors in all residential and living spaces, as well as for parts of buildings used by the public – the median value of the coefficient of friction for the entire set must be at least 0.5. It complies with the conditions of ČSN EN 71-3, part 3: safety of toys. Migration of certain elements.

Properties of Lazurol Aqua P UREX V1301 durable wood varnish:

• Coverage 8 - 12 m² / kg in one coat.
• Application layer top transparent varnish.
• Application method brush, roller, spray (including AIRLESS).
• Wood area (varnishes glazes): wooden floors, wooden stairs, parquet, cork, lacquered furniture, lacquered doors.
• Environment exterior/interior: interior - indoor environment.

Working procedure:

Before use, mix the varnish thoroughly. The ambient temperature during application must be between +15 °C and +25 °C. It is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying. The wood surface for varnishing must be free of all dirt, dust, and old non-adhering coatings. Resinous areas must be washed with solvent and the surface carefully sanded using graduated sanding paper P80-100-120-150 (grains to be adapted to the condition, type, and quality of the substrate). After removing the dirt generated during sanding, one coat of varnish diluted with a maximum of 10% water is applied. After 2 hours of drying, the surface should be lightly sanded with sanding paper P220-400. After again removing the dirt generated during sanding, two coats of undiluted varnish are applied with a time interval of 2-8 hours. If the time interval between individual coats is more than 8 hours, light sanding with sanding paper P220-400 is recommended.

You may find covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering film, or sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes and rollers.
